Machine Gun Kelly appeared to be having the time of his life on stage Saturday night – despite rumors circulating that he and fiancée Megan Fox broke up.
The rocker performed at Sports Illustrated’s The Party on the eve of Super Bowl 2023 and had the star-studded crowd singing along and dancing to hits like “I Think I’m OKAY,” “My Ex’s Best Friend,” “Forget Me Too,” “El Diablo,” “Maybe” and “God Save Me.”
MGK was dressed in multi-zippered plaid pants and a matching cropped shirt with harness-like details. At one point, he thanked the athletes at the event for “accepting” him in his quirky attire – and for allowing their girlfriends to sing “every word” to his songs.
“This ones for the ladies,” he shouted before performing one of his most famous hits, “Bloody Valentine.”
The crowd was loving MGK’s energy, especially when he jumped straight into the VIP section and walked over to climb one of the rafters – all while belting out “Drunk Face” without missing a beat.
MGK did not mention Fox during his performance or sing “Twin Flame.” The song, which he often closes his sets with, is titled after the couple’s famous nickname for each other.
A rep for the party confirmed to Page Six that Fox was not on site while MGK performed last night. She also did not accompany the “Taurus” star on the red carpet.
Instead, MGK made a brief appearance to snap photos with his band, including guitarist Sophie Lloyd and drummer Rook.
Page Six spoke with Authentic Brands Group CEO Jamie Salter on the carpet, who gave us some insight into how he booked his good friend MGK for the event. He also shared their expected plans for Super Bowl Sunday.
“Him and Megan are friends of ours and we think the world of them. And they’re coming here because of us,” he told us. “I’m actually sitting with Machine Gun Kelly and Megan [Sunday] at the event [Super Bowl]. It’s going to be pretty cool.”
Rumors that Fox, 36, and MGK, 32, split began over the weekend when the “Jennifer’s Body” star unfollowed her fiancé on Instagram and removed all photos of the two of them together from her account.
She also shared a cryptic post, captioned, “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath.”
Fans quickly flooded the comments section of Fox’s post, writing things like, “MGK with the biggest fumble of Super Bowl Sunday, who would’ve thought?!” and “Is anyone else absolutely losing their minds rn because I NEED ANSWERS.”
A third wrote, “If they broke up, I believe that love is fake.”
Fox and MGK – who have been dating since 2020 – were last spotted together in the crowd during Drake’s headlining set at the h.wood group’s Super Bowl bash in Scottsdale, Ariz., Friday night.
The two were photographed holding hands as they made their way into the event, which was also attended by stars like Serena Williams, Cher, Michael Strahan and Winnie Harlow.
Reps for MGK and Fox did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
