Halle Bailey has ‘Little Mermaid’ moment in bikini for 23rd birthday

Look at this suit, isn’t it neat?

Halle Bailey channeled Ariel as she posted a series of photos and videos on Instagram to celebrate her birthday yesterday.

The actress channeled her “Little Mermaid” character in a geometric-print Montce string bikini top ($92) with a matching bottom ($88) while floating in what appears to be Jamaica’s Dunns River Falls in a video.

Bailey — who turned 23 on Monday — sports some black-and-green water shoes as she relaxes in the water in one picture, adding a straw cowboy hat in two of the other beachy snaps.

“Nothing to see here, just a mermaid in her natural habitat,” a fan wrote, adding heart-eye and mermaid emojis, while a third commenter said, “I’ve believed Ariel was Jamaican since I heard Sebastian speak.”

Her water shoes didn’t escape comment, however, with one Instagram user writing, “My Ariel are u in Jamaica [Jamaican flag emoji]??? Those water shoes can’t hide they are iconic…, Welcome to my country.”

The “Do It” singer appears to be a fan of Montce’s designs, with the star sporting a very Ariel-esque crocheted turquoise top ($92), bottom ($92) and sarong ($78) from the brand while in Dubai back in January.

The newest Disney princess — who shared with Edition magazine that she felt “shock” after seeing racist messages about her role as the famous mermaid princess — said playing Ariel has “been such a crazy ride.”

“I genuinely feel shocked and honored and grateful to be in this position,” she added.

The live-action Disney film hits theaters May 26.
